RESUME - CV
I spent my early years in Rambervillers, a small town in Les Vosges (France) After a two years sabbatical devoted to study many forms of visual art at Ecole de l’Image in the nearby town of Epinal, I exhibited oils, acrylics, and etchings. In 1994, I went to the United States to teach in an international school, and I specialized in linocuts and woodcuts. Photography, which I always used as a visual travel log, became the base of my work. |

J'ai passé mon enfance à Rambervillers, une petite ville dans les Vosges (France) Après un congé sabbatique de deux ans pour suivre des cours d’art à l’Ecole de l’Image d’Epinal, la ville voisine, j’ai exposé des huiles, des acryliques et des eaux-fortes. En 1994, je suis parti aux Etats-Unis pour enseigner dans une école internationale et je me suis spécialisé dans la gravure sur bois ou linoleum. La photographie, que j’ai toujours utilisée comme carnet de note visuel, est devenue la base de mon travail. |
