• I am not always at home, I do not want you to give me money if I cannot deliver your order.
• It makes the transaction very unique for you and me, and more satisfying than merely entering a credit card number; it is what happens when you buy to a small operation like mine!

• Once I know what you want, I will send you a Paypal invoice: it is safe, secure, guaranteed (see info below)
• You pay it using your credit card, I get a confirmation from Paypal, I send you the order.

• If I am home, ten days (in the USA) should be enough for the whole process, from your first email to the receipt of your package (outside the USA, I do not know but I trust the postal services to deliver everything in a reasonnable amount of time)
• If I do not answer you quickly, I must be traveling; decide whether you want to wait or not, I will answer you anyway as sson as possible to give you more info.

• Send me the title(s) of what you want, sizes if applicable, tell me if you want the piece(s) framed or not (see models below)
• If I have all the info I need, my invoice and a welcoming message will be my answer.

• Yes, but it will take time for your check to arrive and be cleared at my bank, so be prepared to wait longer.

• Outside the USA, add an extra 10% to the price of the image alone, or 25% (yes, it is very expensive to ship a parcel) to the price of the image + frame if you want a frame (5% or 15% for Mexico and Canada)
• If you come pick-up the pieces, price of shipping will be deducted.

• I trust the United States Postal Services, they always delivered my packages without any problem and the post office is just at the end of my street
• I will wrap the frame piece with plastic bubble and put it in a box, I will put the unframed piece under cardboard and wrap it with paper.
• You can request an insurance if you like, I will send you a quote. The minimum is about $15.

• As I show a lot in and around Boston, I registered as an artist in the state of Massachusetts, so I have to declare my sales every 4 months and pay taxes.
• Sale taxes in MA are 6.25%, I'll add them to the final price of your order.

• Only for smaller sizes; larger ones are too complicated and expensive to mail; I can give you the website address of my supplier if you want.

• It will be bubble wrapped and I use plexiglass instead of glass.

• Once you get it, you will have 8 days to make up your mind; if you are not satisfied, email me, then send everyhting back (shipping is on you)
• I will reimburse you (less Paypal fees, around 4%, and shipping fees) once I get your package.

• If you have not done it yet, you can click on the image you are interested in; you will see a bigger one with a ruler on top that will give you an idea of its size.
• Colors are somewhat accurate as I do not know how your monitor is calibrated to represent them; as a rule however, people prefer the actual print or photo to the digital one, it is reassuring, is it not?

Now an idea of my set-up when I am doing Open Studios

Good to know

• All prints are hand pulled with a small press, or printed with a spoon (see Techniques for more information).
• Their edition is limited, meaning that for each image, there are only 5 to 12 copies; each copy has its own number.
• Since 2000, I print on Stonehenge Warm White Paper, 250 mg, a thick paper whose texture enhance the print
• All sizes indicated my "gallery" pages are the ones of the image itself. Add at least 1 " in each direction to get the paper size, or, in the galleries pages, click to each image to see a copy of the real print.
• With each print, you can request a Certificate of Authenticity telling you when and how many were printed, on which paper, with which colors, and indicating the number of your print.
• Unframed prints are shipped under plastic with a rigid back.

• All photos are printed on glossy paper using a professional printer. With proper care (see below), they will last between 30 and 100 years.
• With each photo, you can request a Certificate of Authenticity telling you when and on which paper it has been printed, and indicating its shooting location.
• In the galleries pages, you can click to each image to see a bigger copy of it
• Unframed photos are shipped under plastic with a rigid back and a matboard

• It is always best to display prints or photos far from extreme temperatures, high humidity, water, and bright lights, under a frame with a matboard.
